Job Title :- Quality Specialist
Location :- Baghdad, Airport street
Main Duties:
-Develop and implement Record Management Policies and Procedures, including retention and disposal or records and support the document management system to operate effectively.
-Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
-Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.
-Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation .
-Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
-Management and facilitation of quality documentation system..
-Interfaces with internal and external customers and provides guidance regarding QMS.
Required qualifications:-
-3-5 Year experience in Quality field
-Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any other relevant

الواجبات الرئيسية:
-تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات إدارة السجلات ، بما في ذلك الاحتفاظ والتخلص أو السجلات ودعم نظام إدارة الوثائق للعمل بفعالية.
-يوفر الإشراف على تطوير وصيانة برامج الجودة والأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات التي تضمن الامتثال للسياسات وأن أداء وجودة الخدمات يتوافق مع المعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية الداخلية والخارجية المعمول بها.
-يقود إعداد التدقيق والتفتيش ، وحل نتائج التدقيق والتفتيش والتنسيق مع مجموعات التدقيق والمفتشين خلال جميع مراحل عمليات التدقيق.
-إعداد التقارير و / أو الوثائق اللازمة.
-يضمن الحفاظ على برامج وسياسات ضمان الجودة وتعديلها بانتظام.
- إدارة وتسهيل نظام توثيق الجودة.
- واجهات مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين ويوفر إرشادات بشأن نظام إدارة الجودة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
-3-5 سنوات خبرة في مجال الجودة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي شيء آخر ذي صلة
