Job Description
1. Reviews bids, conduct negotiations and administer the award of contracts and
contract amendments and provision of feedback to bidders
2. Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best
serve and protect Company's interests
3. Reviews and amends standard contract documentation as required
4. Builds and maintain relationships with suppliers in order to secure positive,
constructive and cost effective commercial agreements for the Company
5. Provides general assistance and advice on contractual and procurement matters
as required to support Company's operations.
6. Monitors the performance of service providers on a regular basis.
7. Prepares update reports on activities as required by Management Reports any
breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management
8. Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns,
policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at
all times
Qualifications
1. Fluency in English is a MUST!
2. The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience including minimum of 3 years
in a similar role;
3. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Business (or other
relevant degree) with an expert level understanding of contract and
procurement tools and techniques and regulatory requirements and relevant
Oil and Gas industry experience preferably gained through working in an
operator / project environment.
4. The ideal candidate shall have an expert level understanding of sourcing goods
and services in Oil & Gas; Tender Assisted Drilling Units; Drilling & Completions;
Pipelines etc) and have very effective commercial skills and people skills.
5. Experience in Iraq field development projects.

1. مراجعة العطاءات وإجراء المفاوضات وإدارة منح العقود و
تعديلات العقود وتقديم الملاحظات لمقدمي العطاءات
2. صياغة الشروط والأحكام التعاقدية والتجارية المناسبة على أفضل وجه
خدمة وحماية مصالح الشركة
3. يستعرض ويعدل وثائق العقد القياسية كما هو مطلوب
4. يبني ويحافظ على العلاقات مع الموردين من أجل تأمين ،
اتفاقيات تجارية بناءة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة للشركة
5. يقدم المساعدة والمشورة العامة بشأن المسائل التعاقدية والمشتريات
حسب الاقتضاء لدعم عمليات الشركة.
6. يراقب أداء مقدمي الخدمة على أساس منتظم.
7-إعداد تقارير التحديث عن الأنشطة كما هو مطلوب من قبل "تقارير الإدارة"
خرق إجراءات السلامة للإشراف / الإدارة
8. يشارك بنشاط في حملات الصحة والسلامة للشركة ويعززها ،
السياسات والإجراءات ، ويضمن السلامة الشخصية وسلامة الزملاء في
كل الأوقات
مؤهلات
1. الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية أمر لا بد منه!
2. سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي 5 سنوات + خبرة بما في ذلك 3 سنوات على الأقل
في دور مماثل ؛
3. شهادة في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مسح الكميات أو الأعمال التجارية (أو غيرها
درجة ذات صلة) مع فهم مستوى الخبراء للعقد و
أدوات وتقنيات الشراء والمتطلبات التنظيمية وذات الصلة
يفضل اكتساب خبرة صناعة النفط والغاز من خلال العمل في
المشغل / بيئة المشروع.
4. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي فهم مستوى الخبراء لمصادر السلع
والخدمات في النفط والغاز. وحدات الحفر بمساعدة العطاء ؛ الحفر والإكمال.
خطوط الأنابيب وما إلى ذلك) ولديها مهارات تجارية فعالة للغاية ومهارات التعامل مع الأفراد.
5. خبرة في مشاريع التنمية الميدانية في العراق.
