Sardar Group is looking to hire great talents within the service department in Baghdad as below:
Service Advisor
- Working knowledge and experience of Premium automotive products, repairs and parts
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in the automotive field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
- Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly
- Exceptional customer service skills based on experience
knowledge acquisition on the function and repair of new vehicles
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
- Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customers who may only have basic automotive knowledge

مستشار الخدمة
- معرفة وخبرة عملية في مجال منتجات وإصلاحات وقطع غيار السيارات المتميزة
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في مجال السيارات أو خبرة عمل معادلة
- مهارات اتصال قوية والقدرة على ترجمة احتياجات العملاء إلى أوامر فنية قابلة للتطبيق
- المعرفة الأساسية ببرامج الكمبيوتر بما في ذلك معالجة الكلمات وأدوات قواعد البيانات
- المهارات التنظيمية بما في ذلك القدرة على جدولة المواعيد ، ومقابلة العملاء والتأكد من أن العمل يتم بشكل صحيح
- مهارات خدمة عملاء استثنائية مبنية على الخبرة
اكتساب المعرفة حول وظيفة وإصلاح المركبات الجديدة
- مهارات الرياضيات الأساسية لإعداد ومعالجة الفواتير وسداد العملاء
- القدرة على توصيل عمليات السيارات المعقدة للعملاء الذين قد يكون لديهم معرفة أساسية بالسيارات فقط
